Hi,

I am not sure to whom address this question: it's basically a request for enhancement in my opinion.

For the Telnet/SSH Measurement Point I am wondering why do we need to keep all the Reg Exps on the XML configuration file itself and can't we just leave it to the service, sticking them to the middleware itself.
I mean: once the RegExps have been tested and verified, why do we need to transport them via the XML config file at all ?
They could be provided by a file internal to the service - at laeast a default version of them.
There's no real reason to make them visible to the end user at all, making the whole configuration process for the T/SSH MP much easier.
IN the XML there could just be an identifier for the required RegExp...

What do others here think about it ? Who is the corresponding developer in this community for Telnet/SSH MP ?

Thanks,

Ciao
Mario
