We have made a new release of OWAMP available at:

http://e2epi.internet2.edu/owamp/download/owamp-3.1.tar.gz

You can find RPMs for RHEL4/RHEL5 and Source RPMs at:

http://e2epi.internet2.edu/owamp/download.html

Changes since 3.0d include:

* Enables powstream to do outbound latency tests
* Adds the packet reordering metric to the output when "-M" is specified
* Includes a spec file for generating RPMs
* Improves protocol compliance
* Updates the documentation
