Hi Szymon and Nicolas,

may I ask what is the status of this licence text? I mean:

1) Is it a draft that will be discussed somehow? The web page says 
"license draft".

2) For what software components should this license be used? The web page 
lists some specific software components with some notes about specific 
licenses.

Regarding the licence text, I am not sure if it is correct to say 
"Copyright DANTE ... etc.". This is absolutely no insult meant, I just
think that DANTE is one of the partners and a project coordinator, while 
software components were developed by various partners.
