Hi,

as you know, JRA1 will be finishing soon. Amongst the duties we have to
do before closing down the activity, we have to draw conclusion on the
work done. It is important for us individually and for the project
globally, so we all can learn and improve.

In the next ten days, I will send you three emails with three topics
each for for which feedback is seeked for GN3. The ten topics are
covering the development activities.

For each of those topics we will ask you to write three positive points
and three points to improve (The usual exercice). Please do it straight
away, otherwise it is very likely that you will never get back to it.

It will take around 15 minutes to complete. No need to think for hours
about it as we are trying to get a snapshot. The value is in the number
of response received.

Those information will be grouped and be used as starting point for a
small group to draw conclusions to draw recommendations for improvements.
