look at http://www.lecho.be/bourses/190015497?ret=graph and move your
mouse over the graph, the points is highlighted and in the top right
corner of the graph, you got the time and the value of the point.

In addition, the concurrent point of the bottom graph is shown as well.


The Google Graphs API is very similar to this, and we are currently using it to plot several different forms of data for perfAdmin:

The only questionable part about this is that it is flash based, so to view the browser needs the flash plugin.
