Hi,
a question for you :)
When we are asking the developers to de-install 3.0 before installing
3.1, I understood that we are asking them to de-install the web-service,
but also exist (as Fausto reported that is brings some difficulties and
as we moved to a newer version).
What happens if we have multiple services running on the same machine?
Do they share the same exist instance?
If yes, this means that when de-installing exist, the other services
would loose exist. Correct?
So the user would also need to save the files related to those other
services. Correct?
How would the other services recover the exist that has been
de-installed? (or do we recommend to de-install/re-install all the
web-services running on a machine altogether?)
Best regards,
--
Nicolas
