Hi All,

For those of you in Ann Arbor, the DICE meeting itself starts tomorrow. (This time we coincided the ps-dev meeting with the DICE meeting - so this information is relevant for you as well. Especially the breakfast and dinner information!

Thanks,
jeff

hi all (and apologies for duplicates, but wanted to make sure everyone got this) -

For those of you attending DICE-related meetings this week, welcome to Ann Arbor!  A number of you have been here for a day or two already so have settled in.  For others, we'll look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

A few quick things:

> tomorrow morning (Wednesday) there will be breakfast available in the Internet2 offices (3rd floor) starting at 8 a.m. for all DICE-related meeting participants.
> tomorrow night (Wednesday night) Rick Summerhill and his wife Carolyn are hosting a casual (wear jeans!) cook-out at their house.  A few points on that:
   - you might want to bring a jacket as the evenings are starting to get cool here
   - in order to get to Rick and Carolyn's, everybody with a car going to the party will meet at 5:30 p.m. at the Sheraton 4 Points hotel.  All those needing a ride will be able to get a seat in a car to the party there.

> general schedule for the meetings (and their locations within the Internet2 offices (and conference rooms on the 1st floor) is at:  http://international.internet2.edu/DICE/schedule.cfm

> if you're coming to the Internet2 offices for the first time tomorrow morning, a couple of things:
   - it's generally walkable in 10-15 minutes (maybe less if you're a fast walker) from the Sheraton 4 Points hotel (or the Holiday Inn hotel).  Turn left out of the Sheraton or right out of the Holiday Inn and go straight through the traffic light at Boardwalk and Eisenhower.  Take a left at Oakbrook Drive.  The MITC  building (in which the Internet2 offices are located) is located on the right hand side about half-way up the hill).
   - the Internet2 offices are on the 3rd floor
