Hi Luis,

Sorry for the delay, here goes the update for CL-MP:

- We finished the implementation for self testing. We have developed a 
modular structure that permits the definition of shell script based 
tests (these scripts can be developed by the network administrators and 
be domain specific). I'll have some default tests enabled for 3.1 
release, testing can be done on top of them. I'll also have the 
documentation on how new tests can be added and how they must behave, 
but I don't know if this should be tested by the functional testing team.

- We are having some troubles with the new Web Admin. Some of the 
configuration options groups are missing on the Basic Configuration 
screen. Since we don't use eXist or any of the new servlets developed by 
Michalis, and by the description of the changes in the new version, I 
thought we didn't need to change much (only new index, etc), but it 
seems something else is broken. We are trying to fix this now.

- Syslog is done.

- We haven't adapted CL-MP to the new structure defined by Gijs and 
Roman (and to the new packaging system), and that will probably take a 
little time.

- We are implementing a new eventType for summarized OWAMP tests. This 
will also be on RC1.

- We expect to have a RC1 by Monday (probably without the new 
structure), so testing on selftest and the new eventType can already start.

To answer Jochen question ("Testing update (Jochem) - still to know if 
there are going to be changes, or if the same testing scripts can be 
used."):
- The same testing scripts should work fine with the eventTypes they tested.
- Two new scripts will be needed: one to test the selftest functionality 
and another to test the summarized OWAMP eventType.
