I did something similar without success. I will check it again.

I don't think creating perfsonar user for storing response test message 
is a good idea. I would prefer to store it somewhere else, for example 
in log directory /var/log/<servicename>/ (example for sql ma: 
/var/log/geant2-java-sql-ma/)
