Hi Michael,
There is available some information about error codes of the AS [1] that you can reach it from its main page [2].
Basically, the 'error.authn.x509_not_valid' means that the certificate sent by the visualization tool is not valid. Why? In case of perfSONAR ui, which implements the User behind a Client (UbC) profile, is because the AS doesn't have the certificate of the SASL CA in its truststore.
Send me that file and I'll check it.
Regards

Hello all,
since I have no idea what the status is on this, so I'm just going to ask.
We used credentials given to us + perfsonarui playground service was configured to use redis
the error is risen from somewhere (deep) in the AS code.
If you want access to the test setup mail me and cc Gijs Molenaar <gijs.molenaar at surfnet.nl>
One of us should reply quickly.
Regards,
Michael.

Not sure if I can dive really deep in the problem, but let me make
a first simple question: What X.509 certificate were you using?
