The Release Team would like to announce updates to the Build Guide document:

These updates are about the build and packaging process, and should be implemented by all of your services, for the upcoming release 3.1.

Roman Lapacz, with the help of Gijs Molenaar, was successful with using the existing Build Guide to create packages on a reference implementation for RRD-MA, so there's already a use case if needed.

 

We also need to rename packages and filenames. The list that that should be followed by each service is described in this wiki page:
