Hi all,

There is a new eXist version available on eXist web page:
http://exist-db.org/download.html#download
which will be a suggested dependency for r3.1 and I would also suggest 
then to upgrade other instances to the latest version. It has a great 
performance improvements comparing to previous 1.1.1 which dramatically 
speeds up the process of removal data from database.

Thanks to Gijs there are already rpm and deb packages available on 
SVN/trunk/packaging/
