Hi Nicolas,

If the developers add the new syslog properties to log4j.properties file 
as I have understand they should then they can change this from the 
logging properties servlet(i.e the syslog server IP address). Also they 
can change the logging properties path (if I have understood correctly) 
from the service properties servlet(You will need to add which exact 
property you need to change in this point).
