Perfsonaers,

I've created a perfSONAR installation CD. It is just a modified debian
installer, and it is very easy to create and use.

Only differences to normal Debian installer:
* perfSONAR boot logo
* non-free repository enabled by default
* sun java5 installed by default
* Tomcat installed by default
* perfsonar repository (downloads.perfsonar.eu/repositories/deb) enabled
  by default
* Skipped some questions like install statistics package


All of this greatly simplifies the installation step, since services now
can be installed by only executing:

# apt-get install <servicename>,

(if your service is included in the repository).
