perfsonar development work

Hello developers,

During the release process of 3.0, we decided to make sure that a test 
instance of the latest verison of the software will be deployed and made 
available from this page:
http://wiki.perfsonar.net/jra1-wiki/index.php/Test_Infrastructure

We have noticed that some of these software are not up-to-date. But of 
course, other developers should check their deployment as well.

Specifically:
1. XML LS
2. Authentication Service (?)
3. SQL MA
4. SSH Telnet MP (?)

Can the developers and the WI leader please verify and do the needful?
