We created Fedora, Debian, and openSUSE packages so far. openSUSE ones are
definitively broken. I'm really not sure about the Debian ones... Fedora RPMs
are the ones that were tested.

I think it might be a good idea to create tarballs from our repository. You
can fetch these tarballs from us e.g. via HTTP. Then you can create all
packages you like from these tarballs.
I'm not sure where and how the package manager configuration files (like the
SPEC files for RPM) should be kept and maintained, though.

Perhaps you should put the Fedora RPMs from the wiki page
http://wiki.perfsonar.net/jra1-wiki/index.php/BWCTL_and_OWAMP_MP
into the repository.
