Dear developers (involved in the ongoing release work),

As you have probably realized, we are nearing the date for the 1st RC of 
perfSONAR 3.0. This RC will be distributed to user groups in order to 
get quick feedback before we go for the complete release.

We need a certain level of documentation to go with each service. The 
expected documentation is in the attached template. Considering the 
timeframe as well as the state of the release, we don't want you to 
finish the entire document in one go. Rather, to start, we would like 
you to provide information for the sections highlighted (yellow 
headings). We will gather information for the other sections in stage 2 
(while beta testing of 3.0-RC1 is ongoing).

Just to make sure you don't feel overwhelmed, the documentation expected 
is quite light (shouldn't be more than an hour of work). This should 
reflect the ease of installation and configuration that we hope to achieve.

IMPORTANT: When do we need this by? - end of week (Friday, 4th April, 
2008). Once we have this, we collate them and prepare them for 3.0-RC1 
which should happen next week.
