Szymon, I understand the reason for this confusion.

ASSIGNED should be understood to be the same as ACKNOWLEDGED and vice-versa.

(Our procedure aimed for clarity in the names of states but the tool 
uses a different convention. Hopefully we can bridge this gap soon).
