Is the diagram reflecting what you described? It's not clear to me.

e.g
in your description Duplicate is a resolution of Resolved state. While in the diagram the arrow towards Duplicate goes from some Acknowledge state
Szymon, I understand the reason for this confusion.

ASSIGNED should be understood to be the same as ACKNOWLEDGED and vice-versa.

(Our procedure aimed for clarity in the names of states but the tool uses a different convention. Hopefully we can bridge this gap soon).

- NEW
- ASSIGNED
- Resolve bug
- FIXED
- INVALID
- WONTFIX
- LATER
- WORKSFORME
- Duplicate
How does it match your diagram where arrows go from different points and different names.
