Hi,

I updated ps-base a couple of days ago and forgot to send e-mail on 
mailing list. Sorry about that.

Now, the ps-base ver. 20080310 contains changes in RequestHandler that 
returns ErrorResponse type in very specific cases - mostly when there is 
no <nmwg:message> element inside request.

The change should be transparent for all services, however there were 
some other changes made by Candido, so you'll need to test your services.
