perfsonar development work

Hi all,

something unexpected came up, so unfortunately I cannot join the conf 
call this afternoon. However, here is a short update on my progress 
since last week:

SSHTELNET MP:

Just released RC3 today (after releasing RC2 earlier this week). RC3 
uses the latest perfsonar-base jar (the one from 03032008) and also 
fixes the bug reported by Panagiotis last week. Panagiotis will now 
start testing RC3.

BWCTL testing:

Due to the bugfixing I had to do for SSHTELNET MP, there hasn't been a 
lot of progress with the BWCTL test scripts. However I do believe they 
are almost ready, so my main focus is now on that.
