Log:
Enhanced perfSONAR-MDM-product-build-guide.doc with information about Perl
based services.
- Added quite a lot of chapters and sections.
- Some information is still missing.
- RPM build information is not designed as a sort of how to document, because
  there is no defined requirement at the moment about who has to understand
  the process. Looking at the standard documentation of the tools should make
  it possible for properly skilled Perl programmers to understand all details.
