perfsonar development work

Hi,

It seems I also can't attend the conf-call today. Sorry, but I have 
other very urgent work to do today (I haven't known about it before :(.

LS update is:

  - Wizard for LS is ready
  - RPMs are generated properly but weren't tested yet, so the new
    micro release hasn't been done.
  - some minor changes were done (schema definitions, ant targets,
    wizard code)
