Hi Candido,
| Hi Michalis, Loukik and others,
| I've just finished the integration of the webadmin to the AS, I want to send you some comments on the tool and on the MDM product build guide:
| - In the guide, section 6.3.3, it has to add the perfsonar_logo.gif and partners.gif files as another files which should be copied into /.../webapps/$product_name folder.
Sorry, I thought I'd done this already. I'll chamge it as soon as I can
| - I have the eXist Database Administration link but I'm not using it... is there any way to hide in perfSONARWebAdmin? I think administrators of the AS would mistake if they see it.
Yes you can. Remove the following lines from the index.html file:

<tr><td><p><a href="eXistAdmin" target="main" class="navtex" >eXist Database</a></p>
~ <p><a href="eXistAdmin" target="main" class="navtex" >Administration</a></p></td>
</tr>

You can also skip adding the lines for the existAdmin in web.xml file so you don't deploy the servlet if you don't need it.

| - Should all services use this webtool? If the answer is yes, there are some lines in our ant scripts which could be moved to perfsonar base, I think. (copying the servlet.template, perfsonar_logo.gif, etc)
Yes we 've thought of that, but we decided that until the servlets become stable enough we want move to perfsonar base yet. Correct me if I;m wrong here Loukik.
| - I've coded my own Handler, org.perfsonar.service.webadmin.ASHandler, but I've only copied 99% of the code (I omit the eXist part) from one included in the perfSONAR WebAdmin (perfSONARWebAdmin.admin.wizard.services.RRDMAHandler). I think we can develop two generic handlers and developers can use them or extend them:
| + One without eXist database support (basically, just copy the ASHandler)
| + One with eXist database support
I tried to write the RRD MA handler as generic as I could. I'm not sure about the needs of the other services though. This may require some investigation.
