perfsonar development work

Hi all,

I've developed an small and simple web application, called eduGAINed Test Tool [1], for helping in the functional testing of the AS. But, also, I think it could be very useful for others developers (visualization tools and perfsonar service) when they are having problems with perfSONAR messages and the authentication process.
