I added some 'base' tags into this document. I think it is working (at least for 
firefox). This is one of those things that will be very different on different 
browsers - so if someone else could try it at least from IE I would appreciate it.

This for sure does not work for Opera which is more strict about 'base' tags 
only working in 'head' elements.

So - it would be good if whoever maintains this web-site would correct this by 
not trying to include things this way.
