The reason why I am asking is because for the next release, we wish to 
use the dLS.
I was envisaging that if the registration information needed for the dLS 
was the same, we could have the dLS coming later than the other services 
included in the release.
But if it requires modification of the web-services registering to the 
dLS, then it would take at least one to two more months to get 
everything sorted out, which then would become difficult for us.
