I fixed the bug and created new ant-base (available in jar repository). If you use new svn structure and ant-base do the following:
1) remove from lib/misc/ directory perfsonar-base-ant-1.0.20070814.jar and put there the new one perfsonar-base-ant-1.0.20070914.jar
2) update the property antpsbase.jar in ant/const.properties.template file
3) add new property wsdd.webservice.name to ant/const.properties.template file. The value of it is the same as service name in conf/wsdd/service-deploy.wsdd file.

(you can take a look at the rrd ma stuff as an example)
