perfsonar development work

Hi,

I am sorry for not being able to participate in today's conf call - I am out
of office and behind very slow connection. 

PerfsonarUI web start has already some errors/drops visualization (close to
variant 1) and will be aligned with proposed variant 3 later this week or
Monday Sep 3 latest.
