perfsonar development work

Hi,

I have problem with SVN access to internet2 server. Yesterday I was 
updating sources and everything was all right.

Today I was trying to commit my changes and I got:

I am not sure where the problem is. Maybe, the problem is on my side, 
but, as I said, it worked correctly yesterday (I hope so :)

Maybe somebody had the same problem?
