perfsonar development work

hello,
I'm relatively new in jra1 and I'm on this (dev) list for about two 
months, so I have couple of questions that I hope you will answer :)

I've noticed that for utilization I have to use different eventType 
value (http://ggf.org/ns/nmwg/characteristic/utilization/2.0)
is it the same for netflow (http://ggf.org/ns/nmwg/tools/netflow/2.0/)?

Is there some universal place for testing schemas, od should I post my 
solution (currently developing schema for netflow) here and on bugzilla?

Would You be so kind and comment attached schema?
