here is the latest, and (hopefully) final draft of the pinger schema.

maxim noticed that the ping schema has 'numBytes' and 'numBytesUnits'  
- which doesn't really make sense given that it already says 'bytes'!

we've also moved the ipdv so that it's more specific to the  
calculation of the ipdv; two forms are currently supported, the mean  
ipd and the interquartile range of the ipd.

as soon as i have write access to the nmwg svn, i'll commit it in -  
along with an instance document.
