I'm not sure what you said but we are talking about the situation when 
we have to have a set of parameters in one container block (for example, 
metadata or key) that represent different namespaces. If I understood 
correctly, you referred to the situation when there are more container 
blocks with eventType elements.

If I'm wrong please send an example.
