I will try to prepare something to perfSonar Dev's meeting so.

Hi Fausto,

As you know I have filled out the other sheet for the client research,
but this survey are really too many questions. There are 34 excel sheets
with more than 20 questions each. Even if they may not apply (for
knowing this you have to get somehow familiar with COBIT), you have read
them.

Since this may also be the situation for other people involved in the
perfSONAR development, you should maybe take a different approach and
propose this as an action point for the Salvador meeting. You could at
give a presentation about COBIT (I guess that most of the developers are
not familiar with it) and how it can be applied in the perfSONAR
development at first. You may then distribute some sheets for filling
them out there so that you are sure that you have at least a set of
completed sheets. This could ensure you a more reliable basis for
interpreting the survey results. However, this survey should also be
limited towards a compact set of questions.

Hi Fausto,

I think I'd agree with Andreas. Last week I approached the questionnaire but I failed. I don't know COBIT so this can be a reason but I also don't understand the questions in many points. Many of them look identical and I don't know why :)

I agree. I tried and failed as well. I didn't really understand the questions. And it was far, far too long. I could not spend that much time on it.
