perfsonar development work

Hi Dear perfSONAR Developers,

I am Fausto and I am doing a university project based on use of COBIT  
and ITIL on projects of Customer Relationship Management. In this  
project, I propose the use of such methologies of IT governance to  
help on CRM of a project or enterprise. I know it is a really long  
research, but fell free to answer only about the IT processes that you  
feel more confortable with. Based on this audit, it is intended to  
create action plans to improve deficiencies that may exist in the  
processes of the perfSONAR nowadays.

I would enjoy to have the answered sheet by April 6th, 2007. I know  
that delays may exist, but with more people answering it, more precise  
will be the achieved results.

Feel free to answer about the processes you are more confortable with  
and answer only about them.

Thanks a lot for spending your time for it. It will help in future  
your own work.
