Yes, it is clear now. I was somewhat confused by the fact the service was not
returning data, but there was indeed no data. 

We have already introduced support in the online JWS version of perfsonarUI
for:

- "http://ggf.org/ns/nmwg/ops/select/2.0 ";
- "http://ggf.org/ns/nmwg/characteristic/utilization/2.0";;
- "http://schemas.perfsonar.net/tools/admin/echo/2.0";;

in the online JWS version of perfsonarUI. These new capabilities will be also
included in the next stable release of the application. They are configured
through the new "http://schemas.perfsonar.net/2.0"; type in MA.conf.
