Hi all,

The svn has been extremely slow for me for some time now. After sniffing 
the network to see what was wrong, I found out that  the negotiation 
process for TLS is not being completed succesfully. I think the svn 
TLS/SSL configuration in my machine is not compatible with perfsonar's 
svn server. Has anyone come across this problem before? Do you know any 
solutions (superficial google search gives only server configuration 
insight, I'll try to dig deeper later if no one has a solution)?
