I highly recommend that you do NOT have the ant targets configured to download 
the 'default' version. (Unless, you have a default based on the perfSONAR 
version - but then the ant script would need to pass that to the php script.)

Otherwise, when you modify this download dependency area to have new versions 
for the 'next' versions of perfSONAR, anyone trying to install the older 
versions will get newer versions of the dependencies. And these will be untested 
configurations.
