Hi Ben,

You can download the latest RCs of various services either from the wiki 
download page here:

or

from the release management's tar repository here:
http://anonsvn.internet2.edu/svn/pS-download/trunk/download/services/

I am not sure if we can call all of them as sanctioned but I can 
definitely say that some of them (the ones on the release management's 
repository) are going to end up being official releases. We are going 
through a release process and are hoping to produce 1st RC for perfSONAR 
2.0 bundle in around a week's time.
