I thought the question was about checking what services were registered 
on the REMOTE LS (in PSNC). Then the only way of querying service should 
be LS Query.

Sorry for misunderstanding. The LS URL I was writing about is the URL of 
LS webservice such as:

   http://loco3.man.poznan.pl:8080/LookupService/services/LookupService
