perfsonar development work

 Can any one please help me, what I am missing in deploying the lookup 
service. The steps are shown on the wiki page 
https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/IEPM/Installing+perfSONAR+Lookup+Service+RC3

 while deploying the lookup service to tomcat, I am recieving an error 
(404)/LookupService/services/AdminService. 

Infact, I added the context in server.xml for lookup service but I am not 
sure why it is not accessing the service.
