Ok, Jason and I have finished reorganizing the NMWG schema content. (It no 
longer exists in both nmwg AND perfsonar independently.

NMWG specific schema files can now be seen from:

perfsonar/trunk/perfsonar/schema/nmwg

(This is if you have the perfsonar 'trunk' checked out. This will likely 
propagate to other branches as developers of those branches merge in changes 
from trunk.)

Details: This is a reference into the nmwg area - and the reference is using the 
anonsvn server, so it is a read-only copy. Anyone that needs to actually edit 
the nmwg information needs to check-out the nmwg repository directly from:

 https://svn.internet2.edu/svn/nmwg
