Hi Nicolas,

After reinstallation of database some strange things happen. One is 
strange behaviour if unicode characters are encountered. The problem is 
somewhere between the Wiki and MySQL, because both of them separately 
support Unicode.

The same problem was in "Vocabulary" - I changed GÉANT to GEANT and it 
works.

The most strange page is 
http://wiki.perfsonar.net/jra1-wiki/index.php/Locations

because it contained "É" in two different places. I removed only one of 
them (it remained in "GÉANT Year4 locations" header) and now it works.

Maybe I'll be migrating to newer wiki versions, but after recent 
crash-down I am not so sure if I want to do it (and recover all the data 
again :)
