I would recommend closer to 3 or even 4 AM.

Midnight for PSNC is still during our work day on this side of the world. It 
would be best during the most inactive time possible. We don't yet have any 
participants in the middle of the pacific as far as I know. ;) I guess we might 
eventually need to worry about some early rising Asian/Australian participants, 
but we are ok for now.
