I know about your Python implementation very well, we used it in the past
to develop new MAs/MPs.

Is there some currently supported implementation of MA or MP that is
suggested as the starting point for people who need to develop their own
MA or MP?

I am looking for another implementation than the Java implementation,
which is very complex to install and maintain, along with its Tomcat/Axis
prerequisities.
