updates:
- small change of classpath (use of only jar files)
- two new targets to stop and (re)start the service
- cleaning Tomcat variables (TOMCAT_HOME, TOMCAT_BASE) before starting the application server
- use of xslt transformation for adding a listener class to web.xml switched off
