Hi,

I've created STABLE branch for Java RRD MA service. Quite soon (by the 
end of this week) I will create release branch and its tar file with RC1 
(release candidate 1).

(I don't follow time rules from Jeff and Luis release document but I 
promise to do it for the next release)
