This, on the other hand, would be a change to the schema.
I might have missed it (I'm behind and just coming back from
holiday) but I wasn't aware of this.

Again, if Jason hasn't been made aware of this and the changes
propagated to the schema files in the SVN, then he should be
included.

And we can't just *do* this, right??  See Szymon and Loukik's
mails about agreement and announcements for schema
changes.
