I can't  make it at the time you suggested, I have a midterm test on Monday
and on Friday, so I cant really stay late at work this week. I think we are
having another conf-call earlier on Monday, just the Testing team, maybe you
can ask me the things you want to discuss at that conf-call.

I would like to propose a Release management conf. call next monday 
(13th of November). The proposed time for this call is 1400 hrs UTC.

The main intention of this call is to discuss the release management 
timelines that have been proposed and the current progress made on them.
