perfsonar development work

Hi,

Based on the discussions we have had, I have now come up with a 
break-down of various tasks that are needed. These tasks are for the 
run-up of the next perfsonar release (numbered 1.1 for now).

Most of the names included in the list have been confirmed after talking 
to the participants involved. Some of the names (such as Martin Swany 
for templates, etc) have been suggested in previous conf. calls but not 
confirmed. Luis, Nicolas and Szymon have kindly agreed to get them 
confirmed and follow up with the time scales suggested.

We have provided considerable buffer for the due dates suggested. 
Hopefully, we can all live up to these dates and succeed in this 
challenging process of hand-over, testing and release. I am on holidays 
for two weeks, back November 6th. Luis has agreed to chase up the dates 
with the participants until then. After I am back, we both will continue 
working together on this process.
