Greetings,

After some discussion with several folks, I rewrote the agenda. I think 
the same topics are covered, but the ordering works better to make sure 
that we cover the topics in order of dependence (so we can make 
decisions without jumping ahead to topics later in the agenda that need 
to be decided first). I also suggested moderators for each topic.

I will do one more pass tonight or tomorrow to cover a few problems with 
folks who won't be available at certain times.
